Reiki Energy Hand

Reiki, meaning “universal life force,” is a gentle, non-invasive energy transfer technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and healing. This practice involves channeling energy through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient, facilitating the body’s natural ability to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki can help release energetic blockages, realign with one's soul's purpose, and cultivate a state of holistic wellness, instilling a sense of clarity and joy in the journey.

What is reiki?

Reiki Level 1

Focuses on self-healing and healing others through direct contact. Practitioners learn the basics of energy work, including hand positions and techniques for channeling Reiki energy. This level opens the practitioner’s energy channels, allowing them to connect with the universal life force and begin the journey of personal healing and growth.

Still Curious?

Reiki Level 2

Deepens the practice by introducing sacred symbols and mantras that enhance the flow of Reiki energy. At this level, practitioners learn distance healing, which allows them to send healing energy across time and space, making it possible to work with clients remotely. Level 2 also empowers practitioners to address deeper emotional and mental blocks, expanding the scope and impact of their healing sessions.
